The Oven Pizzeria - Seaside

We ordered two Meat Lovers Calzones. So good! The sauce comes on the side and when you add this to the Calzones, it is a ticket to flavor town. Dave made our Calzones. Friendly folks. This pizza place is on my must stop and try list if staying in Monterey, Seaside or Sand City. We took ours to go and had a picnic lunch by the ocean.

This pizza was exactly what we wanted. Large slices, bomb toppings, and a great variety of options. We got the Tahoe and the Meat Lover's. Both were awesome! Only downside is that we had to wait 30 minutes for our second pizza after the first one came out because they made us the wrong one first. Overall, we weren't even upset about the additional wait because the food was that good.

It's all about the pie!!! The crust is AMAZING!! Had a west coast and east coast. Both were great, I did favor the west coast. Tried one with sweet peppers, potatoes (yup, potatoes), a chipotle sauce....just so so good! The potatoes were sliced thin, and we're crisp from the oven. Never thought I would've liked it, but now, I might have troubles order anything else! Kids got the garlic knots, and again, fabulous. You can go wrong trying this place. It's a little small on the inside, but clean with friendly service.

Got the lunch, special two slices of pizza and a Diet Coke for 10 bucks which seemed a little bit pricey. The pizza was decent and the crust was cooked. Perfect also.

Best pizza in Seaside, probably in the entirety of Monterey County. The Oven never disappoints. Prices are definitely reasonable for the quality. Delicious and unique combos without being pretentious. Even my family visiting from out of town had high praise for the Oven. I will keep going back again and again....
