What Taylor K doesn't like about Drifters Of Seaside:
Very upset with the bartender. Ordered the $30 Chardonnay and bartender cracked open the $40 Chardonnay and neglected to tell us. Restaurant was also out of 2 of their 4 white wines they offer. Not going to be coming back here. Been a resident in the area for 20+ years and have not had this experience before anywhere else. View all feedback.

It doesn't have organization with the tables, they send you to wait 20 minutes and when you're back they tell you that you have to wait longer. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
I was excited to try this place since its fairly new and looked like they had some good gluten free options (since I have celiac). Long Story Short: They have GF items listed that aren 't gluten free. Long Story: We were looking at the menu to order and I noticed that they didnt have the Guacamole app (chips and dip) listed as gluten free (which is typically gf), but had the Seafood Aguachile (chips and dip) listed as gf. So we ordered both for the table anyway. When we received them I realized that it was the chips that made the Guacamole app not gluten free, but the Seafood Aguachile had the same exact chips. Then, I ordered the Crispy Chili Garlic Shrimp since it is also listed as GF, and specifically made sure that it is definitely GF since it says crispy, they confirmed. When I received my order I noticed that there was also macaroni salad in the bowl touching all of the other items (which wasn 't listed). If an item says that it is GF, anyone could assume that the macaroni salad noodles being used are gluten free, but we confirmed with the manager and they said everything in the meal is gluten free except the macaroni salad . You CANNOT have a meal labeled as Gluten Free if the whole meal is not Gluten Free. Hence, they do not know what GF means and if that is the case then they need to either edit the menu to make them gluten free OR say gluten free options available. But you can 't list items GF if they are not.
