The service at the drive-thru was excellent. The girl assisting me was friendly, professional, and seemed intelligent. Despite knowing that I only visit once a year with a gift card from my mom, she treated me with the same level of respect and attention as she would a regular customer. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Update 11/05/2018:Starbucks cafe: we are out of earl grey tea (tea bags for the tea). Next day the same time: we are still out of earl grey tea. Asked to speak to the manager no luck. Fast ordering, accurate, polite staff, good environment, and nice seating. Free WiFi, clean restrooms.
It was excellent. The girl was seemingly intelligent and very friendly as well as professional. I think she knows that I'm only once a year, gift card that my mother gives me because my mother doesn't like Starbucks, but I take everything for free, type of customers and still treats me with smiles and professionalism that she would give to everyone, favorite regular customers. I get the stinking eye of many other companies, like Rite Aid, because I'm a rarer or a timer, so I think she's very good to find.

I am a huge fan of Starbucks' Cappuccinos, but I was disappointed by the quality at this particular location. Even the coffee my wife purchased tasted stale.
There's nothing not to love about this restaurant. The staff is amazing, the drinks are always perfect, and it's located in Pavilions! Absolutely fantastic.
