our server estella was knowledgeable and attentive. our baked cuddles were delicate, licky and not overly baked. the linguine of my man with white mussel sauce was right, it came al dente and not swimming in broth as he demanded. I had the long knochenvenenhaup that was tender and perfect. we will return. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Puglias Italian Steakhouse:
Nice place and fine service. Appetizers and sides were pretty good. 3 different steaks were ordered fillet mignon, strip and the Cowboy ribeye. Overall consensus on steaks were not very good and that’s the main reason we came. If I ever go back I won’t be ordering a steak. Also a $70 ribeye should be a nice sized cut, it couldn’t have been more than 3/4” if that. View all feedback.
Puglia's needs to take responsibility for communicating with Open Table. We reserved a table for our anniversary through Open Table and it was confirmed. When we arrived there were tables and chairs stacked up blocking the rear entrance to Puglia's, which is where you go in from the parking lot. We were informed by some people who were working outside that the restaurant was closed for renovation. Very poor business practice for a restaurant not to inform their reservation booking agent that they are closed.
The restaurant is temporarily closed due to a fire.....Open table didn't know that?.....I was never notified that it was closed..... had to make other dinner arrangements...... very disappointing.
Food was delicious, big portions. Service was very good. Only negative, was got very loud as the place filled up. Would highly recommend.
Everything we were served was very good. The only disappointment was the size of the long bone veal chop and the amount of fat on it. It was not worth $55 in my opinion. Will never order that again.
The Restaurant was shut down because of a fire. OpenTable allowed me to book a reservation. When myself and multiple guests arrived it was closed. OpenTable shouldn't have allowed us to book a table at a place which was closed almost a month prior.
