Nice place, but unfortunately very uncomfortable seating. For a place that has so many elderly and disabled clientele I would have thought there would be some emphasis in this area. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was acceptable. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.
What Sonia Smith doesn't like about Diellas:
There is a vegan option available only in the evening at this restaurant. It doesn't seem to be available during the afternoon. They mentioned that they can accommodate vegan requests if I call ahead, but I prefer to see vegan items and prices on the menu before going in. I don't want to be treated differently because I don't have any allergies, I just prefer not to eat meat. I also enjoy having dessert options avail... View all feedback.
The restaurant offers a wide selection of tasty dishes, with very friendly and helpful waitstaff who provide excellent recommendations. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making us want to come back again and again. We highly recommend a visit to this establishment. Rating: 10 out of 10. Dining experience: Lunch. Average cost per person: £10-20.
The restaurant is lovely with an amazing menu and a wide range of choices. Their gluten-free options are among the best in Sussex, with only 3 items on the menu that cannot be made gluten-free. The service is top-notch, receiving a rating of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere is also excellent, earning another 5 out of 5 rating. For dinner, expect to spend between £10 and £20 per person. The recommended dish is the garlic bread.
This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! It offers traditional Italian dishes with Mediterranean influences. I could not find any faults with this amazing family-run restaurant that is great value for money. The staff were lovely and I will definitely be returning soon. I have visited this restaurant multiple times. They offer the option to substitute regular cream with soy cream in their pasta sauces, and I tried the mushroom stroganoff made with soy cream and soy protein which was delicious. The staff is knowledgeable about vegan options, and there are many vegan-friendly menu items or options that can be modified to be vegan.
