The Crispy Pig is pretty great comfort food. The mood and lighting at the restaurant was wonderful. I love the ruatic look the place has with it's incandescent lights. I enjoyed the food quite a bit, but found it to be a little bland. I got the Fried Chicken for reference. The chicken is delicious but didn't have any spice to really amplify the taste. Overall great environment and food though. View all feedback.
What Charlie G doesn't like about The Crispy Pig:
Not sure what happened here but it's not good. Been coming to Crispy Pig for 2 years and always had a good to great meal. Went there recently and they made changes and not for the better. The took pulled pork sandwich off the menu! Why? And the ribs they serve are not St Louis anymore more like packaged ribs that you quickly heat up. My wife ordered skirt steak and it tasted like salt steak terrible. Sorry Crispy Pig... View all feedback.

A little out of the way, but well worth it. Great food, excellent service, homey yet elegant.

Came today for brunch . Food was good had street corn , pork and waffles, Mac and cheese and poutine . A nice cold draft beer and a **** Mary of course it's brunch lol... And for dessert donut holes with vanilla ice cream which I didn't love .kinda alof stale and the sauce tasted burnt but all and all a good meal and the place was warm and inviting with a friendly and attentive staff
My friends and I were in the Sea Cliff area of Long Island for the first time in more than ten years. And fortunately for us, The Crispy Pig seemed to be the only non-chain restaurant opn before 5PM on a Sunday in the immediate vicinity. I cannot speak for my three friends, but I was very happy with the food, the variety, the service, and the prices. They helped us alleviate our hunger and certainly gave us service with a smile. Hopefully, we shall not wait so long to return to Sea Cliff, and shall happily return to dine at The Crispy Pig.
