Really great food, with a very casual style of service that makes me feel the prices are a bit high. I paid $22 for small poutine and chicken burger. I really enjoyed both, The fries feel like they are hand cut and were very fresh, the cheese curds have perfect texture, and the gravy was not over salted. The blackened chicken sandwich was great, I thought it was going to be overdone at first but it was still tender a... View all feedback.
What Richard Cruse doesn't like about Holy Grill:
I had breakfast here this morning and I was not terribly impressed. When I arrived I was handed a menu and instructed to have a seat. Once I decided I had to go up to the front to order my meal. I had bacon and eggs. It was served with a hash brown patty. The meal was unremarkable and so was the service. It totally reminded me of a breakfast at A&W but more expensive. The chicken tenders and fries quality fluctuates slightly but not overly much and it's always been good to great tasting! Service is always excellent and workers are all friendly in my experiences. Nice atmosphere with a cabin esqe vibe that's not quite to my tastes but its well done and comfortable enough Kid-friendliness: I believe theres a kids menu and such and I think I've seen some drawing sheets although I don't recall for sure as kid friendliness isn't something I'm generally too focused on. Outside of child specific features it's as safe a place for a child as can be expected of a food serving establishment

I really enjoyed both, The fries feel like they are hand cut and were very fresh, the cheese curds have perfect texture, and the gravy was not over salted. The blackened chicken sandwich was great, I thought it was going to be overdone at first but it was still tender and juicy. The only thing I didn't love about this Burger was the sweetness; it tasted like there was a sweet barbecue sauce in it which I personally don't love with chicken. I liked the relaxed atmosphere a lot, especially for this style of food. If it wasn't for the high prices I would give this a five-star. Still, even with the high price, it's definitely worth checking out.
