Adezzo Coffee Shop - Scranton

This coffee shop is cute and unique interior decor however the customer service was just not there, no smile and no greeting. The barista walked away from the register when we started to look at the menu… it was not busy( just me and my friend). Had to wait on the barista to come back to the register to place our drinks.

I 'm a self proclaimed coffee snob , so I was surprisingly pleased with a cup of their regular drip coffee.I 'm sure that their espresso drawn specialties, desserts and other menu offerings are just as good. Intimate, warm decor.If it were large enough to accommodate more customers, it would be nice for the winter months.

A cool spot in the heart of Scranton. Tried a lemon cheesecake bar and a chai latte. The cheesecake bar was delicious and the latte wasn't shabby either. They have a nice outdoor seating area along the side where you can enjoy your drink as well.

The coffee itself was good not bad or great (I think housemade syrups would take the coffee up to 5/5) but the pastries... my gosh. Food is usually beside the point when I go to a coffee shop, but the LEMON CHEESECAKE and peanut butter balls here are TRULY great! 5/5 for the food, and if I lived locally, I'd be back often.

The barista was a tornado of activity, and the coffee was amazing. Eclectic spot, kinda off the beaten path, but also in the middle of the city. We’ll be back for sure!
