Rubio's Coastal Grill - Scottsdale

Dont order the side of Mexican rice. They charged me almost $3 for less than 1/3 cup of rice. What a rip off

I did not receive my chips with my Burrito Especial With Grilled, USDA-Choice Steak. This was a door dash order. my driver was nice enough to go back and get them having to make a second delivery to me. Very disappointing that employees seem not to care about to go orders as much as dine in.

Normally this place is good but they didnt give me my side of rice but they gave me stale chips

Food arrived cold. Every bite had hard rice in it. It was like eating rocks. I tried to remove as many clumps as I could but ended up having to throw it away because so much of the rice was ruined.

The California bowl is delicious!!!
