Pure Sushi Scottsdale

Six of us went to happy hour and left ekstase. they beat all cylinders. service was excellent, eating came out instantly and all asspects of our orders were correct. great value for fresh, delicious sushi and appetizers. if only all restaurants could be as pure!

We really enjoyed dinner at pure sushi. We sat in the patio, chillier then we’d hoped but inside was crowded we were looking for a quiet dinner to unwind yesterday. My partner order off the sushi menu and I did a whole left side of the menu option. We had lots of choices enjoyed our self made “tapas” Edamame was perfectly seasoned. I dont like miso soup but we ordered two anyway I was pleasantly surprised. First miso I actually finished. Loaded with mushrooms tofu. Broth was wonderful. Our server Megan was busy inside but never forgot about us outside. She was sweet, engaged lovely to chat with. We probably could’ve been easier (sent her back for a few things we decided on after we placed our order but she didn’t blink. She was great. Honestly, Megan’s personality, professionalism overall manner, really helped us get past the crappy day the food did not disappoint. Coconut shrimp, fried rice, gyoza, crab wontons, fresh delicious sushi. Green tea helped warm us up too I know if service had been lacking, the food wouldn’t have saved our day regardless of how good it was. Sometimes it’s THAT kind of day. Thanks Megan!!
