Yup yup, another brewery... this one was good! And the bartender Alex was sweet, and knowledgeable about the beers she was serving. She was just attentive enough to provide great service and balance privacy at the same time. Kudos Alex. The beers were good, Hopknot was my fav at the time, and the green chili pork poutine was SMASHIN! I’ll come back here. Good job guys! Oh, be sure to grab some of their cool stickers. The taproom for Four Peaks serves a wide variety of its excellent Evers along with wine and cocktails (HH Mon-Fri until 6:00). The food is as excellent as its beers. We enjoyed the SW Chopped Salad and the Chef Salad. Fun Fact: You can make your own sixpack to take home $10.50. We'll be back when we visit Scottsdale.
Four Peaks Grill Tap is a Scottsdale pub location for a brewery based in Tempe. We went to a late weekend. The mood is casual, reminiscent of a high-quality sports bar, with many TVs streaming live sports. The beer list has a variety of flagship beers and several season brews to choose from. Flights are available if you want to taste and they offer cocktails and wine. The menu concentrates on pub-tarife with some locally inspired options. We went on a flight and everything we tried was solid. I would recommend the Xerocole IPA and the Imperial Pale camp. As far as food is concerned, we chose edamame, Abe Froman Pizza and Nachos. The pizza had a fantastic taste, but the crust was a little basic for our taste. Both the nachos and the nachos were delicious and the portions were massive. The nachos are baked on a large tray with the protein and cheese, and the other toppings are actually served on the side. This means you can dress it yourself and/or please picky eater. Service was attentive and very friendly. Our server was eager to recommend its favorites and checked back regularly, but strangely assumed that we were discharged after the conclusion of our flight. Ultimately, firm place to catch a game or just enjoy a meal with friends. The food and beer do not blow away, but both are a great value based on our experience.

The attached pic is the Turkey Club with added avocado and sweet potato fries. The beverage is the Four Peaks Golden Lager. The sandwich was good, the beverage was cold and all was fine. Plenty of TVs with sports games running, our server was informative, professional and nice ... at least four employees wandered by from time to time asking if everything was good, do we need anything, etc... it was a good lunch experience.
Nice brewery. Well-designed room and has a beautiful terrace. The food is somewhat better than an average Brawpub, while the beer selection is what you would expect with some interesting things that are thrown in. Four Peaks is a mainstay of the Phoenix market with several locations around the city in addition to the taprooms at the brewery sites. Not the most modern brewery with all means, but a solid offer with some excellent seasonal and barrel alternative offers. The service is average, but not great. This location can be busy at peak times, so plan to wait, but after dinner rush it has plenty of space. If you do not want to support the macrobeer infiltration from Craft-Bier, do not apply a Four Peaks location, as they have been owned by Anheiser Busch from Budweiser-Rumme for several years. (It was a sad day when it happened, and that was my first visit ever.
