Had the recommended alo cafe corn flake French toast which sounded great but was bland. Rest of our food was decent but nothing to write home about. Great vibes and people. Would come back to try something else on the menu but not View all feedback.
What Rachel Metcalf doesn't like about Alo Cafe:
Terrible experience. Once we ordered our food, everyone forgot about us. They never refilled our waters, we had to ask multiple times for them to refill coffee, and had to ask to cash out. Food was mediocre but nothing special. Don’t know why this place gets such high reviews. Not worth it with all the other fantastic breakfast places in town. View all feedback.
We loved this little cafe. We had to come back twice during our 4 day trip to Scottsdale. Genuine people, food is delicious and all homemade. My husband got the hatch Chile omelet both times, it comes with a homemade tortilla which is amazing. I got the shrimp and salmon eggs with toast and it was amazing! Get the curry ketchup, it?s made in house and so delicious! Will come back next time we are in town!
Perfect breakfast on a Sunday! Very friendly service, cute and cozy atmosphere and AMAZING food! The cornflake French toast was out of this world!
Really cool local spot with a real Cafe feel. Good coffee and an unusual menu. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Sit outside under the umbrellas or inside in a cozy environment.
Tiny gem hidden in old town Scottsdale! The place is cute and gives you that mom and pops little restaurant. Their food AWSOME, I?ve had their Monte Cristo in the past (salty sweet French toast) OMG unbelievable ?? highly recommend this is one of my top breakfast places in Scottsdale
Great little local restaurant! Perfect atmosphere for a relaxing outside breakfast. Great unique breakfast menus with creative touches to the usual breakfast items and condiments. Wonderful and efficient service.
