I came to this restaurant for dinner and it took nearly 45 minutes to get our order taken. The waiter apologized for the delay, but when my meal finally arrived, I found that my soup had been spilled all over it. The waitress offered to replace it, but her attitude was so unpleasant that I decided not to. I was so disappointed by the experience that I don't think I will eat here again. View all feedback.
Food was cold, almost as if our order was forgotten about
Drove 45 minutes to my nearest sonic. It was on the way to my destination. I get there and wait almost 30 minutes before someone even takes my order. I make a 40 dollar order and gave the lady a 100 dollar bill. She says they can't take it. She takes the money in and a manager I'm assuming comes out with my money and a reciept and says they can't make change for it. What restaurant can't make change for a 40 dollar order? So after handing us all of our food She gives me the hundred back and asks me to pay a different way. I told her I don't have another form of payment. So she makes me give the food back and leaves without saying another word. AWFUL HORRIBLE experience. After driving that far!! Burger King next door took my 100 for the same order amount. Not only was the manager rude but money is MONEY. I work in the pizza business and I've always been told to take all forms of money. Change, 100s, any bills as long as they're real. To never turn down a paying customer. What a joke!! Will never come there again.I've already contacted corporate and sent in a form to speak to upper management.
Went to 2 different stalls and the drive-thru lane. Nobody came on the mic to take our order after 10 minutes of waiting at the 3 locations. Had to call the store to get someone to take our order. The drinks and ice cream that we ordered were good, but getting service was not good.
Needs updated or some help .. most of the slots was out of order (at least put a cone there to show the it is .. not just a sign on the screen that you can't see until you park inside the slot) but the food was good other than the long wait and the card reader didn't work on my working drive in slot
On 8 December scottsburg went through indiana. the next day I noticed that my debit card was calculated twice, once for our order plus someone else order. we live about 3 hours away from there, so I called the restaurant. I was told that they could not refund my debit card and they would send a gift card for the amount of the others who were charged on my card. I waited about two weeks and called her back and they said they were still working on it. I've been calling several times since. I can never talk to the same manager twice. I contacted companies via e-mail as well as via telephone. they told me they couldn't do anything about going through the restaurant. although I explained to them that I went through the restaurant several times and nothing was done. I don't understand how a multi-million dollar company has such a problem with the refund of money that there were errors. Oh, I almost forgot, I contacted the tourist center in scottsburg indiana and they checked it. they said that the money would be put back on my debit card. my first call to the restaurant I said they did not have this ability to do that. give the people just a head that eat on the sonic in scottsburg indiana to always check their acknowledgement and bank account before they go because they never get their money back when they are incorrectly calculated.
