We would never have been in this part of Kansas, except for a family business we had and when we asked for a recommendation for dinner, this place was mentioned by several people. It was definitely a unique experience in the former theatre and we really enjoyed it. The steaks were excellent and perfectly cooked, and the staff was patient and attentive to us outside the city. What Cassidy Kennedy doesn't like about Tate's:
Terrible!! My tennis team and I stopped there to grab some dinner and go back to the hotel, I should have known I wasn't going to have a good experience when all the tables were dirty. The food was inedible, everything was soggy and not fresh, as soon as I got done eating I threw up. Service could have been better as well. If I could give 0 stars I would. Wonderful experience, delicious food and culinary experience. But it only has a toilet room. Not enough for the size of the restaurant
