I visited the restaurant today with a colleague, and we ordered smoothies for the staff. Unfortunately, three out of five of the smoothies tasted terrible. Once was enough for me. I was eager to try the "Bowled with a Local Flavor" deal, but the staff never acknowledged me as a customer. They claimed that my printed certificate with a QR code was insufficient and insisted I find it on my phone. Although a manager was called to address the issue, the problem was not resolved. I visited the restaurant today with a colleague, and we ordered smoothies for the staff. Unfortunately, three out of five of the smoothies tasted terrible. The cups didn’t have proper lids, and we weren’t warned about that, so some of the smoothies spilled. On the positive side, the interior is very nice and cozy, but they need to communicate better with customers. I was hesitant to come back after that experience, but I really wanted my smoothies to be replaced. When I returned, my issues were quickly resolved, and now I’m happy!

I ordered an acai bowl, and when my order arrived, the bag had everything I had requested. However, to my disappointment, when I opened it, I found a chocolate bowl instead. I called the restaurant, and they informed me that since the order was delivered through Grubhub, there was nothing they could do. To make matters worse, the person I spoke to was quite rude.
Sometimes it's great and others. I have the coffee açaí bowl. as I didn't like it totally, and I had a few weeks ago and it was good. it melts quickly. they asked for ananas and forgot. the other two bowls for my friends were on site, but I'm going back. it must have been a bad coffee day.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZINGMY SALADS ARE ALWAYS FRESH!!!I LOVE THE STAFF AND MY BOWLS AND SALADS ...SMOOTHIE ARE THE BEST
