Great diner food and staff is amazing! Lumberjack, Philly cheesesteak, and French dip sandwich are all fantastic options. The Pepsi soft drink is a must! It was one of the best we’ve had in a really long time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 View all feedback.
What Lon Marvin doesn't like about Scotchwood Diner:
Had a very poor experience. I ordered 2 turkey dinners and a buffalo chicken wrap. The mashed potatoes were sour. So was the gravy. The chicken from the wrap was black. Black because it was old. I called to let the manager know, but it didn't seem to phase her. View all feedback.
Great NJ Diner experience! My family and I (4 adults, 2 adolescents, 1 toddler) came in Black Friday for a quick bite to eat and Scotchwood Diner met our expectations and beyond! A lot of choice for every eater and easy could be a big party with children without problems. We have many articles, including the pictured: Mediterranean omelette, chicken souvlaki plate and a large salad with chicken. All were delicious and affordable for a great experience. Stop!
The staff is efficient and friendly. The food is great. Definitely diner food. On the other side of the diner there was a lot of feeling, and the jukebox has not worked, seems more for aesthetics.
Definitely one of the better diners. The portion sizes are large, even by generous diner standards. Everything is of high quality. Service is fast and waiters are always friendly and chatty. This restaurant is easily accessible on Route 22. Prices are reasonable.
We haven't been with this diner since the pandemic, and we have an early breakfast today. Food is still good, housekeeping today are not hot enough, but they are good, still the same owner and friendly staff. Prices are of course like many other restaurants, have a significant price increase.
