I have visited this restaurant twice. Upon request, they provided me with a menu indicating which items could be made gluten-free. I inquired about the preparation of the gluten-free bread and was assured by the head chef that it is made in a separate area to avoid cross-contamination. They were very attentive to my coeliac condition and took extra precautions. However, I noticed a question mark next to the Patatas Bravas, which made me suspect that the fryer may not be gluten-free. I decided not to order them and did not inquire further. The food was delicious and I would recommend this restaurant, as long as you inform the staff of your dietary requirements.
