Bawarchi Biryanis Schaumburg

I was so excited when my husband asked me to try this place with him, he had been there for a business dinner and had loved it. Everything was so fresh and delicious and we were given excellent service! I can't wait to return for another amazing meal. We ordered: Starter: Gobi Manchuria, it was perfectly crispy with a really nice level of spice and heat. Our server asked us if we wanted it spicy, and then was concerned that it might be too hot but we LOVED it. We thought it was nice that he asked us to make sure it wasn't too spicy for us. Mains: Paneer Butter Masala, the paneer was delicious and the perfect texture and the butter masala sauce was smooth and rich. We decided to get this mild and we were happy with that decision. We loved this dish! Chicken Tikka Masala, the chicken was nice and tender and we felt that there was a good portion of it. We ordered this spicy but it seemed more like mild. It was still delicious so we can't complain! Buttered naan, we love naan! It is one item we look forward to eating whenever we can. Our order was amazing, hot, crispy on edges but soft on the inside and the perfect amount of butter. Dessert: GulabJamun, we loved this dessert. They were generous and gave us an extra piece. The order usually comes with 3 but they gave us 4 so that we can each have 2. The honey/rosewater sauce was light, sweet and fragrant. Thank you for such an awesome dining experience!
