Tim Hortons - Scarborough

This restaurant is lacking in food quality, cleanliness, and attentiveness. I would not suggest dining here.

I believe this restaurant is overrated and too pricey. The customer service is just okay. Dieucks is a better choice!

I decided to try a large dark roast coffee on this chilly day. Normally, I don't purchase cookies or doughnuts, but today my daughter bought a chocolate cookie. It turned out to be one of the best chocolate chunk cookies I've ever tasted!

No good experience. there were 2 donuts that I ordered by mobile pick-up not available (consider that this is the afternoon, not as if it is late in the night.) so we had to get other items. but then I also ordered a medium double double. they gave the coffee, took it home, then they literally realized it was black. no sugar or cream. they shouldn't have made so many mistakes and so understated. I expected so much better from this tim hortons. Maybe we're going to dieucks.

I went to this location order a small coffee and small lemonade for my kids. I asked extra cup(paper cup)for my kids because they are going to share the lemonade.The lady (manager)refused to provide extra cup for no valid reason.What a shame! very poor customer service and dirty location.
