This time, the food was correct, which it wasn't before, but that's not the main point. I'm writing this review to comment on the behavior of the staff. They seemed strange and antisocial. After I canceled my order and drove up to the window, I was met with a cold response and indifference. This is the fastest, most precise wendys I've ever been to. great job!
I swear every employee behind the counter did not look like they wanted to be there! I observed a family of 3 wait on one order that shouldn't have taken that long because only one person placed an order. The employees didn't look happy at all! The whole time I was there this is how they looked ? at least put on a FAKE smile ?geez
Terrible, waited at counter for over 20 minutes. No one acknowledged or came to take order. They were too busy on their cell phones. Complained to two managers sitting at corner table in corner, oblivious to what was going on. They said they would take care of it. After another 15 minutes of them but doing anything I left
The place was by far THE WORST, DIRTIEST Wendy's I've ever been to. One door was locked to prevent customers from coming in. Once inside, they stood with their back toward me and didn't acknowledge my presence. The soda machine was filthy. I would not reccomend stopping here.
Went thru the drive thru twice yesterday evening for a burger with just cheese after 3 burgers order was still incorrect. Wouldn’t recommend it, no comprehension very sad.
