Only reason why I give it a 4 is the service through the drive-in was pretty slow the day I went but as far as the food goes it was good and service also when I got up to the window was all right View all feedback.
What Aileen Hand doesn't like about Arby's:
Waited 3 minutes to order and once I paid, I waited over 10 minutes to get my food. Not one person came with an apology or an explanation as to why I had to wait so long. I would have still hated waiting but I would have been more understanding. Once we got our food, the fries we so crispy, it was like eating potato chips. I will not be returning to this location.
