Let me explain : Last week I went to look for menus for me and my children... when I arrived in front of my house I realized that an ice cream was missing... I called and they told me to come back what I'm doing, it doesn't bother me I lives right next door... The lady apologizes a thousand times and I explain that it happens and that even at the best it happens. She gives me an extra ice cream. Today I order for a certain amount, I arrive home and a toy is missing from my son's menu (I took a menu for each child, imagine the disappointment when he saw that his sister had a toy and not him) I wouldn't turn around because I'm too lazy to do the road again... This is the 3rd time in 3 months and I find it a shame that no one checks twice before serving the drive-thru. Despite everything, they remain a nice team who do their best but it hurts when each time something is missing
