I decided to go inside the restaurant the other day because the drive-thru line was too long. There is often a line of customers on the road due to the high volume of business here. I ordered a triple triple to give me a boost. I quickly drank it only to discover that it was cold. Mistakes happen, but the manager quickly fixed the issue and I left satisfied. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
When I went to eat at the restaurant, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap. Unfortunately, there was an excessive amount of fat in the wrap that dripped down my chin as I ate. View all feedback.
Slow service on drivethru. today, tomorrow and evening, was a person at the window. I guess her geduld is there for so long on this hard weather. I wonder why there is no rotation for the person who visits the window.
Cold coffee..literally everytime I go there its luke warm in the drive thru ..
Wrong sandwich and coffee forgot about my donout asked for it and by the look from the staff member I was the stupid one asking for something I paid for ??
I've gone to this Tim's three or four times and they usually get my order wrong. They always seem to have new staff working the front that arnt sure what to do. Not knocking the staff, I know they do the best they can but it gets old.
I went through the drive-thru and received fast and friendly service. The food and drinks were tasty. The parking was convenient.
