A&w Canada - Sault Sainte Marie

So basically, went for an afternoon snack with my friend. She highly recommended the sweet potato fries and i was very excited to try them for the first time. I got there and the woman serving us was very bland, no emotion to this woman. Once we got our order i looked in the bag to find one container of sauce filled maybe a quarter of the way. Hardly enough for three fries. We also got chocolate milk shakes and they tasted like ice and freezer burnt ice cream. Disgusting. Don’t recommend. Go to wendy’s or harvey’s instead, they never disappoint.

I went today and ordered a mama burger with everything accept for tomatoes as I have a severe allergy. I made this very clear to the workers and was told they understood. The cashier kept looking at their phone while I was ordering and never made eye contact. After 10 minutes I get my order and the burger was covered in tomatoes and was almost completely raw. I did not notice either until I took a bite.... would not recommend especially if you have a food allergy

It's another friday afternoon and going to A and W north is the place to be. With great tasting food and with great service on top . Louise was her name and her great customer care, polite attitude made our stressful day calming and relaxing.
