Extremely bad and slow service. Good food but the whole impression of the place is spoiled by an arrogant and unprofessional waitress who pretends to only serve locals. It would be nice if the owner of this place had more customer-oriented staff. View all feedback.

Great coffee, great price, great view and great service. We have been there for 20 minutes and we were shocked that there are many bad reviews about this place.

Visited this place 13th July, Old world interior. Nice english speaking young lad behind the counter, he took our order, Mama on the cash desk got a little excited when he went to open a new bottle of Prosecco to serve our order, sending him back to the fridge to get another bottle that was already open. Not really nice to see the young chap getting lectured Italian style !! in front of the customer
