Al Vecchio Borgo - SASSARI

Special food prepared by beautiful husband wife owner of a beautiful restaurant. It is the cook and a master in mixing only the right flavors and textures. She knows exactly the right accompaniments and wine to get the flavors out and make the meal an experience to remember! Very recommended, make this a part of your Sardinia experience!

One of the best meals from our trip to Sardinia. We had to go for a bus and déçu des and eat to this place. It was a short but enjoyable moment. The pasta with Greg Tuna and made at home Pesto is incredible, and the carpaccio of Tuna was so fresh that it melted on the tongue. The couple is the kind of people you want to be friends with. Go there without hesitation.

From a beautiful couple that was very surprised to hear that their small jewel of a restaurant in DK Witness Sardinia book. Had the fish of the day, excellent wine recommendation and Seadas for the first time (loved it). Service was very attentive, everything is clean and beautifully decorated, gives you a feeling that you are not wrong in a Sardinian family. Had a nice chat with the owners and learned some new things. Can highly recommend if you are ever in Sassari, but even if nearby, this is worth driving!
