I read a review in the local newspaper about this place, so I had to check it out! When we first walked in, the warmth inside was noticeable, likely due to the brick oven. The man behind the counter greeted us promptly and informed us that we could choose our own seating before placing our order. The setup was a bit confusing as there was no clear indication of where to order. It felt more like a small cafe. After perusing the menu, we decided to approach the counter to place our order. My husband asked for a recommendation, as we typically prefer meat toppings, and the man suggested one with a white sauce. Although we were hesitant as traditional pizza eaters, the man assured us that the creamy garlic sauce was delicious. We decided to try the "Contadino," which included ham, smoked sausage, bacon, various veggies, and white sauce. The pizza came in either a large or extra-large size, both featuring a thin crust. Surprisingly, the two of us managed to finish the entire large pizza. The pizza was delicious, with fantastic flavors and just the right amount of toppings. The white sauce was flavorful and garlicky. We would definitely order it again. The only thing that would improve this place would be the addition of beer on the menu. The large pizza cost $22, while the extra-large was $25, making it a bit pricey but worth it. They offered a selection of beverages in a cooler, but the prices were high. We paid $3.25 for a vitamin water. We didn't notice an option for plain water. Despite these minor flaws, this place is good and we would definitely return. Just be prepared for the warm temperature inside, courtesy of the large oven!
This restaurant has a simple setup but offers delicious food and friendly service. My friends and I decided to have lunch here on a whim after finding out that the nearby Wok Box Next Door was closed. The highlight of this place is the wood fired pizza oven, which enhances the flavor of their dishes. I highly recommend trying the Hungarian dishes on the menu, especially the cabbage rolls which are the best I've ever had, whether at a restaurant or elsewhere. We couldn't resist taking home a loaf of their bread. The meals are served at the table and the service is top-notch. They also offer take-out options.
Read a review in the local paper about this place, so had to check it out! When we first walked in, you could definitely feel it was awarm inside, assuming from the brick oven inside. The guy behind the counter greeted us right away and said we could sit anywhere, then place our order when we're ready. It was a bit confusing, I felt there should have been a sign telling you to "order here" or something. It's set up like a small cafe. So we sat down, looked at the menu, the got up and went to the counter to order. The hubby was asking the guy what we should order, since we like some meats, and he suggested one with a white sauce. We are traditional pizza eaters, so were very hesitant, but the guy assured us it was great, it was a creamy garlic sauce. So we went with his suggestion and got the one called "contadino", it has ham, smoked sausage, bacon, and some various veggies with white sauce. You can order either Large or XL, and these are all THIN crust. The two of us finished the whole large pizza. The pizza was awesome, so flavorful, and not completely loaded with toppings but just enough to have great flavor, and the white sauce was actually very yummy and garlicky. We'd order it again. The only thing that would make this place better was if they served beer! The large pizza was $22, XL was $25, so a bit pricey, but very good. They have a pop cooler where you grab your own drinks, they were pricey too, with limited selection. We paid $3.25 for a vitamin water. Didnt see where you could just get a glass of water? Anyway, this place is good, we'd definitely go back. Be warned, its a bit warm inside, from the big oven!

The central feature of the establishment is the wood fired pizza oven which is used to great effect for most dishes. Don't be shy about trying the Hungarian items on the menu. The prairies are home to many excellent cabbage roll variants and these particular cabbage rolls are quite simply the best ones I have every tasted in or out or a restaurant. We left with a loaf of bread as we were unable to resist. Meals are brought to the table, and the service is excellent. they also do take out.
This is the best pizza I have ever had. I ordered the pineapple topping and it was delicious.
