Excellent food and atmosphere. Have a fantastic cook. Alex and Crystal are top notch managers that are fantastic with dedicated guests. Drinking is summery. Sam(antha) is one of the best servers I've ever had... down right jealous! The terrace! What a look... and a little cooler on these super hot days, heating when it cools down.

The first time to match. I loved it! Eat, Server(Alina) and atmosphere were amazing! what a view from the terrace. we were treated with a beautiful sunset. when they try like Brussel shoots the OMG shoots, wow! well done game

Good food, yes. Friendly wait staff, yes! The reason I only rate 3 stars is because you apparently can’t make reservations yet when we waited an hour and finally were seated, there were 6 tables around us with a reservation sign on them. Which is super weird. Also, they never have enough staff so you walk into a restaurant that is 60% empty and told it’s an hour wait. Seems a bit ridiculous when you can simply HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I think management has zero clue how to run an efficient business. I watched approximately 16 people in 5 different groups walk away and leave because of the wait when there was an entire section of 20-30 tables empty. Bad business practice! If you weren’t attached to a casino, I doubt you would be in business very long. Improve please!!!

Looked great when we walked in. Good layout, open spaces, amazing views of the waterfront and great ambience, with the exception of the music playing. Were greeted and seated promptly, and server was friendly and polite. Wasn 't impressed with the menu options; it looks to be geared more towards 'quick bites ' than entrees except there is nothing quick about it. Kitchen was slow and forgot to make one of the orders so meals came at different times. Server was great about it and apologized for the error. Presentation was blah and although meat was all cooked perfectly, it was tasteless and getting cold. Ceasars from the bar were amazing though and I recommend any of the five kinds offered! Price was reasonable if only the food was better. Might go back in a few months to try the patio and see if it has improved.

Ordered the ULTIMATE CLUB (asked for no sauce) was only served a sandwich with lettuce FROZEN turkey lunch meat. I then complained and got a new sandwich with the correct toppings (lettuce, tomato, BACON) looked absolutely delicious... But yet again... Turkey was still frozen, I don 't mean cold, I mean literal ice chips on the Slow roasted turkey breast (clearly the same thing I buy, from a package) my partner did the happy hour deals. His taco was 10/10 amazing but his burger was burnt but still eatable. As for the buffalo burger(pictured below) and cactus chips were terrible. The sandwich was completely burnt and cut apart and the chips came with absolutely no dip whatsoever. Highly disappointed for a high class restaurant. We didn 't end up having to pay for our meals (just drinks, still $10 a drink). We did get a $50 gift card to give them a THIRD chance as both our previous were awful. When we 'd order through skip during the pandemic it was delicious. I would honestly say mcdonalds is better than the last time we visited. I hope to be able to change this after using our gift card.
