We came here after track on a Monday for Daughters 30 birthday on recommdation of a friend. Not located in main happening part of the town, but near far end of track in a neighborhood. Also not much too look at in or out, booths could use some updating. Having said all that.. Food, drinks, service were all great and reasonably priced. Would come again.

I read some of the negative reviews about Blue Agave, and I wondered if we dined at the same as place. I live in Arizona, and I know good Mexican food. The tortilla soup is the best I've had, and the guacamole was top notch. The service was fast and friendly and the margaritas while strong were impeccable. We watched the bartender make them, and there was no mix. The limes were squeezed freshly, and all of the other ingredients were added individually. We've had Mexican food elsewhere in Saratoga, and this is the best by far. You won't be disappointed.
