Amuse On Broadway - Saratoga Springs

Excellent food and service. A little gem and welcome food selection to the Saratoga scene

We arrived at Muse and to our sunrise the restaurant is a Deli by DAY and Muse Restaurant by night. We were a bit skeptical but we were tired from a long day. We were greeted by the owner and he sat us outside on a pleasant summer evening. Our waitress greeted us and was most personable. We read the menu and selected a bunch of Small plates to share. We had the beef meatballs (great! lamb meatballs, artichokes, lamb chops, some greek eggplant based dish and more. It turned out to be a wonderful meal, healthy and not too filling. We will visit again when next in Saratoga

This is a pop up restaurant that is open on weekends Excellent food in nice quiet environment. Highly recommend
