What User doesn't like about The Capital Grille:
Did not seat us for 15-20 minutes after our reservation time and sat many parties before us. Left us just standing there at entrance. We never got an explanation for this! Shrimp cocktail was raw partially frozen. Tried a 2nd one still same way and gave up on it sent it back. All 3 steaks were great and cooked to liking. Thank God! View all feedback.

The food and service at this restaurant were fantastic! They were very accommodating of my food allergies and even surprised me with a special dessert - a bowl of fresh berries. We absolutely love this place!

22oz bone in ribeye among the best ever had. I could cut it with the side of the fork. Sarah was the sweetest. Great service great food. Great birthday. Highly recommended
