What User doesn't like about Pangea Alchemy Lab:
this place just felt dirty. reveals insidious wise, not on thematic wise. it felt like someone tried to start a “cocktail” bar in his friendly cellar. the drinks were mixed, not tasted good, not real craft cocktails. I just took two sips from me and asked to pay off. bartender did not care to notice or ask our drinks. had really been on this place on the basis of reviews, would no longer have been disappointed. Sketchy entrance from a smelly alley off Main Street, but once inside, atmosphere invokes a speakeasy feel. Bartenders are fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Great, creative seasonal craft cocktails as well. Definitely worth a visit.
My wife and I were visiting the area on our 20th wedding anniversary. We researched and found this spot. Awesome experience!!! The drinks were fantastic!! Bartenders were attentive and knowledgeable... Loved the rustic decor. Music was chill! Loved thevibe. The only downfall was the awful smell upon entry!!
Loved the speakeasy! We came in through a door with 2 bathrooms and a 3rd door across the hallway. The 3rd door opens up into curtains which slightly hide the bar area. We were immediately greeted by the bartender and she politely explained that thetable at the entry is a community table for when all of the personal tables fill up. She offered tables in the other room, butwe took our chances with the community table. Service was top notch and they took our orders quickly. The drinks here are sotasty and I loved the totem cup I got.
Novel experience with unique drinks and rushed, but nice staff. Small venue with cozy community seating arrangements. Seasonal drink menu keeps you coming back to try their new creations. Fun munchies menu.
A true speakeasy. You need to come through the back door to get in. The secret code is Big hank. Just kidding. But you should like this place. My wife and I were here about 7 years ago and decided to come back this year. It has aged and does need anupdate on it's furniture. It definitely has aged some but still the same great drinks. Take a look at the old fashioned in theway it's delivered. As if it's a medicine bottle.
