I want to give a big shout-out to Celeste at the Panera location on Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota! I encountered a problem with my delivery order this morning, and when I called the restaurant and spoke to her, she was incredibly kind and understanding about the situation, which was beyond my control. This is the worst experience I've ever had in terms of food, service, cleanliness, and overall environment. The company headquarters should definitely pay a visit, as the health department certainly will. I just wish they were a publicly traded company because I would short their stock and make a lot of money. Private equity investors should steer clear of this disaster. View all feedback.
Food was good, but it took forever to get. We only had a soup, bagel, and grilled cheese so the 20 min wait was not cool. They weren't busy otherwise I'd understand especially with all the staffing shortages. The dining room was messy and the ice machine didn't work. Unfortunately the drinks weren't cold to begin with so we had warm drinks.
Went for breakfast 3 of the 5 coffee towers were empty with a line of customers waiting for them to be filled. Not a great start to an experience when people fed up with poor service are telling new walk ins they’ve been waiting for coffee for 20 minutes. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a chocolate latte. Sandwich was served quickly but somehow came out at room temperature. Latte took 10 minutes to make.Free decent speed Wi Fi was the best part.

I was really disappointed with the service! I ordered cheddar broccoli soup and waited for 30 minutes with a child, only to be told they were out of it. Really? Don’t they realize they should manage their inventory better if they have many orders for that dish? I ended up leaving with a screaming, hungry child. They could have at least offered a small snack for the child as an apology.
