We visited this cafe every summer between 2016 and 2019. We couldn't get there last year due to covid. Fingers crossed for 2021. However, this place is great! I had the lamb stew (one of the prato do dia options) and I was very happy with it. I'm learning Portuguese, and I got a few helpful tips as well. Glad I popped in!
Love this place! We have been visiting here for many years. The food is delicious, cheap and plentiful. Our holiday is never complete without a visit to Cafe Correia and we always end up playing a game of pool and drinking port and brandy! Paula and her husband are lovely, can't wait to go again.
Cafe Correia is a family run bar and restaurant , always good for a drink , snack or a meal ! The owners (Fernando and Paula are always on hand to make sure your visit is a good one . Paula’s food is amazing and it’s hard to recommend any particular dish , My favourites are Bacalhau con Natas, and Isgas , but don’t be afraid to try anything on the menu ! It’s all good !
A nice place to eat portugese when you feel lazy about cooking, with an always helpful and friendly team!
