Bahia Esmeralda - Santiago

I really enjoyed this restaurant for its outstanding selection of local seafood and fish. One thing that stood out to me was the beautiful presentation of the dishes and their delicious desserts. You can tell that there is great attention to detail here.

We had a slightly unsuccessful experience on Sunday at this restaurant. The imperial ceviche was absolutely wonderful! I also ordered salmon renox, which was exquisite. My husband had the crab cake, which he enjoyed. We were seated in the dining hall while we waited for our food, and ended up eating there. The bowls were very good quality, and the manager, while a bit aloof, was pleasant.

I went to Parmesa on a Sunday morning and thoroughly enjoyed their delicious seafood paila.
