Sonic Drive-in - Santee

Looking for a late night snack or drink, or just a place to get a good burger and fries. This place has everything... Tater tots, jalapeno bites, hot dogs, corn dogs, burgers, and more. That's good and all but the real star of the show is their drink menu. Lots of slushie options with added flavors and candy bits, as well as milkshakes that are to die for. Sonic is a classic... Sometimes they take a long time getting your food, but it's worth the wait.

Always enjoy getting sonic when available. I ordered tots with my meal but they gave me regular fries. Other than that it was good.

I was worried that something happened to them I pulled up to the drive thru and no one was coming on the radio I kept saying hello and people started lining up behind me. Then I pulled around to the front to see if they needed assistance, apparently the radio was out and not plugged in. Not sure if it being a Sunday they just had an oops. Anyways this Sonic has the capability of being one of the best but somehow every time I go there’s always an issue. I think the owner should figure out an incentive for its employees to make them want to work bring some joy back!

Takes forever to get your order at this location, reminds me why I stopped coming.
