I enjoyed my Hamburger chatting with the franchise owner of 23 years. Interesting fellow with a Son-in-Law at the upper Marketing ranks at Carl's Jr. Fascinating stories. And a bathroom with a lock on it. Although I didn't really need it. It seems all the customers use the Drive thru. B+ on the hamburger and shake. A+ on the service, cleanliness. View all feedback.

We did not receive any of the sauces we requested, all of our sodas were flat and not the ones we ordered, and despite paying extra for criss cut fries, we did not receive them. View all feedback.

Although fast food chains aim to provide a consistent experience across all locations, the success ultimately comes down to the management. This particular Carl's Jr. has excellent managers, as the food and service are consistently good. Despite not being a fan of fast food, I appreciate when it is easy to order, tasty, hot, and fast - and this Carl's Jr. always delivers on those fronts. Kudos to the manager for maintaining such high standards!
I requested a sweet tea but received unsweetened tea instead. The fries were also old and stale.
