Bird The Bottle - Santa Rosa

My husband and I ate here during Happy Hour. The Cauliflower tacos, Pastrami tacos and the Mary's Smoked Chicken Wings were all delicious! I enjoyed the Shiso Pretty cocktail which also tasted so good! Our server was friendly and checked in on us after our food arrived. We eat at Bird and the Bottle whenever we are in Santa Rosa, and all 4 experiences we've had here have been great!

Was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Great time with family. Really good drinks. Macaroni and cheese yummmmm. Poke Yummmmm. Skirt steak extra yummmm and so tender. We all loved it.

From the moment the waitress brought the bread, we were impressed. Food was thoughtfully prepared, drinks were well balanced. Overall great experience. We ordered a half dozen oysters, crab sliders and the duck confit tacos.

Overall it was a moderate to good experience. I love Stark Restaurants, so I had high expectations. I will say it didn't quite live up to the quality of food or ambiance of Willi's Wine Bar and some of the other Stark Restaurants. But it was still a good quality restaurant and nice date night. Would highly recommend the pimento cheese pull apart bread, and the fries and onion dip. The chicken sliders and crab sliders were both a bit dry. The Pastrami tacos tasted good, but were super salty. And that's coming from a salt lover! Drinks were fine. I would go back to try some of their other tacos and maybe the beef sliders!

Great meal as always. Most items are very reasonable and the variety of items are fantastic. Servers are great and food is delivered quickly, just miffed that they charge so much for sodas and didn't offer refills once! We'll definitely go back and enjoy dinner again, just won't be ordering drinks.
