Casa Embajador - Santa María del Tule

A very interesting place to eat. Sit under a huge palace, everywhere green. The menu, although not huge is very good, traditional local dishes and not so traditional also, everyone has something to choose. And of course they have mezcal, they gave us some tasting during the meal, they make some of their right there. Also a very convenient location, near Oaxaca City, but far enough from the crowds. The food again carefully designed so well we came back to try their breakfast, not disappointed. I was told during the high season it is advisable to book a table in advance because locals like to go there, usually a sign of a good restaurant, we really enjoyed.

One of the most beautiful places in Oaxaca. Perfect to eat with family, friends or for any occasion. This place, with an area for children, with an aquarium, a museum, is really wonderful! Delicious food that includes three Mezcals for free! It is in Santa Maria el Tule, but very close to the Oaxca city, very easy to get from there. A plus is the possibility of a free mezcal tasting. Uff!

I was there with my family to have a meeting with a very special guest , we been tried the different variate of the best mezcal in the world , was incredible experience to see all the details involve in the an authentic Mexican atmosphere.

Excellent customer service, very rich food and very quiet and relaxed atmosphere, has two parking spaces, one small in the front and one large in the back, the staff is very efficient and friendly, even has a small museum of very interesting antiques. The time we went had already closed but they had the attention of opening it so that we could meet it. I recommend it is a very good place to eat rich and relax.
