Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The food was delicious, best breakfast I've had in a while. And the store is so cute you find great little things there.

Great home style cooking with a friendly staff. This evening I ordered the Sampler, which includes Meatloaf, Sugar Cured Ham, and Chicken and Dumplings. For sides I selected Fried Okra, Pinto Beans, and Country style Green Beans. Coca cola cake ala mode for desert washed down with Sweet Tea makes for a 10 out of 10!!!!

Cracker Barrel is my daughter's favorite restaurant so when she turned 7, that's where she wanted to celebrate. We were seated quickly and service was good. The staff sang to the birthday girl and brought her cake and ice cream. I had the grilled catfish and my daughter had her favorite pancakes. I don't recall what else we ordered but there were zero complaints in our party of twelve was a spectacular feat. Thank you!!

I request that the fried chicken be fried when I placed the order. I specifically requested that I do not get chicken that has been in the warmer. The chicken that was given to me had been placed in the warmer and it was dried out. Very disappointed. The broccoli was not cook, very hard.Food: 1/5

Went here for lunch today. I've been a handful of times in the past and it was pretty good each time. I think I expected a little more from the chicken fried steak. But it wasn't bad. We order fried pickles for an appetizer. Those were really good!! My hubby got the new buttermilk Mac and cheese entree and he really enjoyed it as well. My uncle for the sampler app and my mom enjoy a very tender ham. There server's have always seemed nice. It's a good spot for some comfort food. :
