The restaurant offers a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes. I'm not sure how they prepare their tofu, but it's incredibly crispy on the outside and almost creamy on the inside. View all feedback.

Edit: After looking for other options for 10 minutes and not finding any, we went back in to ask about takeout. They told us they were seating again, and gave us a table. The food is standard fare, tasty, but not outstanding. Crab Rangoon was very good though. I believe they added spinach to the filling, which added a nice flavor. The mapo tofu wasn’t spicy at all, but was good. We’ll go back, but will keep looking f... View all feedback.
The staff is very friendly, and courteous, the food was mediocre at best, we both had the #309 combo plate, she had peppered beef, in had sweet n sour pork. The food had ZERO FLAVOR, as though it was cooked without any seasoning, bland taste, veg drop soup had a sweet flavor to it which is unusual. The crab rangoon puffs tasted more like celery than crab so they were disappointing. The butterfly shrimp was about the only thing that tasted like it should.. I love Chinese cuisine and have eaten at many places in the last 63 years and can honestly say that I would not come back to yinyang in Santa Fe NM. There has to be better tasting Chinese food in New Mexico....
Food was excellent and service was wonderful. Try the general's chicken.

Original review: Turned away 45 minutes before close after calling 2 hours in advance. We drove an hour to give them a try on Christmas Day, and called ahead. We won’t be back.
Just came to Yin Yang under the new owners and let me tell you this did not disappoint. The entire meal was delicious start to finish, so much so when the food started to arrive, so quickly mind you, I didn't even take a picture. I wanted to dive right in. We both started with the egg drop soup, followed by the amazing crunchy and perfectly fried crab Rangoons. He ordered the cashew chicken and I had the shrimp lo mein. The seasoning on the cashew chicken was spot on and the Lo Mein was so light and perfectly cooked shrimp. I will be back and recommend you all come too.
I have been craving chop suey, [long story] and finally found a place that has it here in Santa Fe. My family enjoyed their meals and I was in Chinese heaven. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone!!
