I'm not exaggerating to say it's one of the best restaurants I've had. We were really satisfied. excellent raw material, preparation, cooking and presentation of the dishes absolutely impeccable. the fused octopus in the mouth, the tuna was soft and humid, and the patters with the really superlative mollic. In front of the restaurant, we were inspired by the menu, which presented typical dishes and some different dishes from the usual. so decided to book (it was not easy because we were hit by phone after trying several times and trying through whatsapp there was no answer.) the local is managed by small children, denotes the inexperience but even if the shortcomings are there, you pass over because there is really so good will and commitment. waiting times are not few, but it is really worth it! In fact, we were hit by good food twice during our stay, fully satisfied in both cases. the first time we chose meatballs freshly born, fried, musella peppers and follow squares (they are spaghetti) to the clams and tuna, cherry and capers. slightly hot wine but a good wine cellar. the second time, we opted for mixed chips, a bbq octopus with potatoes to the paprika (fantastic we whispered the patccheri al tonno (sublimi, therefore it is worth sacks of bread for shoes! and squares to the clams. adequate prices on both evenings. suggestions: taking a Sicilian craft beer, are local and are also good! and for the wine opted for a card, raising customers to see them from the fridge is not the best thing said this, criticisms are aimed at being constructive, because the kitchen is great, the nice place and the commitment in such young people is really worthy and worthy of praise! we will not miss to return to the next dry step tip, and we recommend it to all those who want to eat well in a tourist place (which at no cost)
