Literally eating my sandwich as I write this review, and I’m very upset. No matter how many times I told them to put pepper jack cheese, the lady would just not listen. I have no idea what they gave me, but it’s not my sandwich! Wrong meat, wrong cheese.. If I wasn’t so hungry I’d honestly throw this out. Such poor service makes me feel like I’m wasting my money and would be better off staying hungry, and that sucks to say. It is rare for me to leave a bad review, but I personally never want to get food from this subway ever again. And yeah, maybe my expectations are too high for subway of all places, but for me to literally be standing there, telling your servers exactly what I want, and to be completely ignored by your staff.. Yikes. And while it’s obvious that English was not this person’s first language, they should at least double check if what they are doing is right! I literally had to stop them from randomly throwing pepperoni onto my sandwich above everything else, and my sandwich is a very simple order! Like five ingredients simple!
Staff was extremely rude and the restaurant was filthy. The manager(Sylvia from what I was told) would not even come out of the back to help find a solution to being over charged by her poorly trained staff. Laura, the cashier was rude and unprofessional in every way all while smiling and laughing about a situation she helped create. Bree who was clearly new there made the sandwiches and at least tried her best considering she was pretty much left to fend for herself by the other 2 employees. It would been one thing if they were cleaning the grotesque store but were instead hiding in the back letting the new girl struggle. I realize it's subway and not some fine dining steakhouse, but that's no excuse for having rude and poorly trained employees and a dirty store! Shame on INA Enterprises Inc. as well as Subway for accepting such an abismal and poorly run operation which clearly does not care at all about customer service much less customer loyalty/satisfaction. And don't get me started about the roaches! Never again!!

Inconsistent on their coupon policy and poorly made sandwiches. Toaster seems to be broken.
Sorry to say this but the fat girl with both earphones in working the night shift Friday 11th was the rudest person I ever met for service. We arrived at 9pm and the store closes at 9:30pm, she gave us the dirtiest face and said they were closed, she was such an ick and terrible customer service. I will never come here again and I hope no one does for the night. She has personal problems she needs to focus on and needs psychological help. Rude behavior. The other girl was alright.
