Pocock Brewing Company - Santa Clarita

My wife ordered a margherita pizza on gluten-free crust, which was disappointing. The crust seemed to be a basic, store-bought option that many restaurants offer as a quick fix, and it was overcooked. It was clear that not much thought was put into the gluten-free crust, unlike the regular crust which was fantastic. I would definitely order the cheese pizza again, with extra sauce this time to ensure a perfect balance, especially since they offer a good selection of vegetarian options. My wife, on the other hand, was not impressed with the gluten-free option. While I would give Pocock another chance, she was less inclined to do so.

The beer was just alright, but the atmosphere was great. I just wish they had more options for finger food instead of just pizza.

A spacious local brewery situated in the industrial area of Santa Clarita. The establishment offers homemade brewing, pizzas, salads, nachos, large pretzels, and even house-made soda. If looking to unwind with a drink, definitely check out this spot.

Wife and I came about half an hour before the graduation last night and had a great time. They looked like they were at night who apparently did every night. I have the props that are a solid (if typical) fazy ipa. wife got the trade secrets raspberry guava tart smoothie, which was also delicious. she really enjoyed it (like me), although it doesn't taste all that as a whole, good beer and an entertaining atmosphere that we would definitely like to enjoy again.

The beer was great, very nice range of selection from light to dark brews. I would love if they added an amber ale to their selection. The pizza was great as well. Highly recommend the we are.. it is a Philly cheese steak pizza. Cool calm atmosphere for a mellow Sunday night dinner and beer. I'll be going back soon.
