Our Thanksgiving turkey was very juicy and tender. Just as I appreciated your explanations about your questions as a supplier and how we solved the problem together. Thank you. Anyway, we were very happy with the whole dinner. Salad was a great success, spot and souffle excellent and apple caramel cake even better. And the prices were best. The napkins were generous and everyone noticed how good everything was.
Food was amazing! My husband and I had the lobster Ravioli and the truffle sage Ravioli covered with bacon. We came out and everything was hot and fresh. We also had a great wine tasting, recommended by them. Very friendly owners. Very recommended!
This is my favorite place to go to SB! Chef Michael makes the best food and the wine papers are on site. I recommend Uncorked, you will not be disappointed!!
I've been here for over a year and always have a great experience. The flat breads here are amazing, definitely something you should try! Michael and his staff are always attentive and friendly. I always recommend this place to my family and friends who visit!
As a southern boy, I've been on a quest to find decent fried chicken out here on the Left Coast and have faced disappointment after disappointment. Until now. Uncorked has come through for my taste buds with an incredibly tender buttermilk chicken dinner. The servings were huge, and they were even boneless! They included decent slaw and potato salad, and their pork and beans are fit for a Texas barbecue. The slender slice of key lime pie was very good, too. The staff is pleasant and helpful, both on the phone and in person. Prices are reasonable for the quality you're getting. In fact, it is a bargain at Santa Barbara prices! Two thumbs up.
