I went to Inka Mama's last Tuesday. Me and my family realized that these two restaurants are next to each other. The chicken here is very good! My dad got two whole chickens the day after me and my family dined at Inka Mama's! I reheated the chicken 5 days afterwards and the chicken was very tasty! View all feedback.
The aroma is incredible! I had a late lunch and ordered a bowl of chicken with a spicy sauce, along with a chicha morada drink that has hints of pineapple, cinnamon, and cloves. It actually reminds me of Swedish glögg! The spicy sauce was quite pronounced, but they also offer a mild sauce if you’re not into the heat. Everything was delicious!
The dining experience was excellent, though a bit pricey. The restrooms were clean.
"Dip your toes into Peruvian cuisine with big flavors made fresh to order. The staff is helpful and friendly, making for a delightful dining experience."
Probably the most authentic pollo a la brasa you can eat within a 50 Mike radius.. Tastes like the real stuff and is cooked like the real stuff, in a charcoal rotisserie. The chicha Morada is really good too.
