Knusperhauschen - Sankt Augustin

We were four, none of us were really happy with his food. Resting atmosphere, on the wall there are any decorations that no one recognizes (empty golden rings of 50cm diameter missing something? Shells and BeachAtmosphere in winter? From the swimmer of the GF? Auberginenlasagne for 13-14€ is a part of about 1/3 to 1/2 eggplants with approx. 2 lasagna plates, further cheese and tomato-to-saturation perfectly unsuitable, tastefully good. Leaf salad with fresh seafood consists of a salad set (4 leaves of romana and acid seafood. My expectations were different, it tasted like it would have cost at home if I had opened a glass. The pork medals in Champignonrahm were somewhat tender, but the sauces were thick like flour stamps, I think out of the bag. My girlfriend's film potatoes were cold or lukewarm. The service was very friendly, for bad food she cannot.

Proven reservation in advance has not been complied with, no credit card payment with credit card desired, in November already a cancellation for a confirmed reservation with the notification I will receive it again well. We had ordered New Year's dinner to pick up. Here's my review. It tasted bombastic. The meat super delicate, the supplements very, very delicious. Dessert a dream. We were delighted and happy to return to the crispy house. Thank you for 2021.

Dinner with my parents. Had ordered from the card and not from the day card. Were there with the good-case book. Has tasted very delicious was fresh food and not so finished food. Service was good and attentive. Only I have a high level criticism. The forks are not great because the handles are round I couldn't turn my noodles so beautifully.

We were there for dinner. As an appetizer we chose Carpaccio for Euro 9,50. A quite common price if the quality is correct. Unfortunately, the Carpaccio tasted watery. A sign of frozen meat. It was missing the Parmesan and probably a pesto. The boss said you'd probably have to work at Carpaccio and we'd finally be invited to a coffee or espresso. We ordered Steaks medium. They were raw at first serving. In the second attempt, they were okay from Gargrad. Otherwise they seemed more cooked. Maybe they were cooked in a water bath and then added briefly to the pan. This has nothing to do with a good steak. Everything looks a little gross. The salad had huge leaves. The Röstis were TK from the metro (I thought they were freshly made). We won't go back.
