Haben über eine Stunde auf auf das essen vom Grill gewartet. Das Buffet war dauernd leer. Die 3 Kellner waren mit den ca 300 Gästen komplett überfordert. Es gab eine Runde Getränke und danach eine Stunde kein Personal mehr zu sehen. Auf das Problem angesprochen, wurde es weggelächelt mit: wir hatten lange zu. Kein Versöhnungsangebot, nichtmal nen Absacker aufs Haus oder so. Einfach abkassiert und die Beschwerde komplett ignoriert. Wir wünschen dem Shanghai Restaurant weniger Kundschaft in Zukunft - dann haben Sie vielleicht mal Zeit herauszufinden, dass Menschen nicht in ein Restaurant gehen, weil sie zu viel Geld haben, sondern weil man Service und Essen erwartet.

We have been in this restaurant a lot. it is always very tasty. by putting together his own food, something is there for every taste. also the sushi are very good. the hot buffet always has the same, good quality,but it is never something new. very tasty ice. it is a very large restaurant, which makes it not cozy. the personal is consistently friendly and fleeing. you are greeted very warmly by the chef when you are a regular.

I was with friends in shanghai and we tested the buffet. that's really great because there's something for everyone. eating was okay, but not overwhelming. the price was very ok for eating. the atmosphere is a little cool, but may also have been very empty.

We can only recommend this restaurant. on a Friday there were invited to eat by our Korean friends. we were very fond of both the Chinese buffet and the Mongolian grill. large selection of vegetables, meats and fish or crusts. several sorts of fish and meat and not only bark, pig but also brain, lamb and kangarous. we will go to dinner with our children next month. see what they think of it.
