This is an exceptional IHOP location. There's a good management here. Our waiter Jay was immediately sympathetic and cared for us. The food arrived quickly and tasted great! No problems. We decided to come back the next morning before we make the long trip home and had another great culinary experience. What User doesn't like about Ihop:
I think they were short workers in the see mary today. we were there almost 2 hours. usually wait for our server, then wait for dinner, then wait for a reception, then wait for a box. View all feedback.
A star for the hostess with an attitude, she was awfully rude for all, even other employees. Apart from the fact that our experience was excellent, our waiter, whom we were told, was the owner's son, built on him. Service was fast and friendly.
The staff was fast, friendly and thorough. Very nice people and we sat almost immediately. We not only enjoyed our waitress Patrina very much!! Because she is a pleasure, but also the hostess/manager went around to make sure everyone was happy and helped! Wonderful place. We wish we could give them 10 stars.
Extremely busy today, but the entire staff worked together and coughs to take care of all. Our server Maggie, although many tables all sat at once, was great and expected our needs. Great work! We're back to our Cassleberry business.
Recommend this restaurant. The staff was amazing, friendly and attentive. The boss did a great job! Thank you for a great culinary experience! Staci and the team today were wonderful!
Food was bomb especially thanks to the servers. They have great energy love the personality. Naiya was our server and she’s great. Makes you feel so welcome and you can’t do nothing but smile….definitely will be back
