What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
You need to verify the order before allowing customers to pick it up. I ordered two meals and two frappes, but only the meals were included. The driver claimed they didn't provide the drinks. I'm extremely frustrated because this isn't the first time it's happened. I feel like I should just forget about my meal. Most workers are polite. the manager is terrible and unprofessional. I don't know who hired her. they urgently need a manager. they should promote some of the other talented and professional workers on this site.
I’ll give it a four on the days the wonderful cashier that is always cheerful and smiling isn’t present. The other staff can be rude and dismissive. I promise she is the reason I frequent so often.

I ordered DoorDash. Had to wait two hours. Three different drivers had to try and pick it up. Then finally at 2am, I received a notification that the order was canceled.
